中誠(chéng)鴻泰集團(tuán)公路工程有限公司成立于2004年，注冊(cè)資本4000萬(wàn)元人民幣，是中誠(chéng)鴻泰集團(tuán)旗下子公司。該公司具有獨(dú)立法人資格，具備公路工程施工總承包二級(jí)資質(zhì)，及橋梁工程、隆道工程、公路路面工程、公路路基工程等專業(yè)承包二級(jí)資質(zhì)。公司擁有各類管理及技術(shù)人才350人，各類施工車輛和大中型設(shè)備500余臺(tái)，年施工能力10億元人民幣以上，于2005年至今通過(guò)了1S09001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三大管理體系認(rèn)證。2013年公司在北京成立中泰鴻運(yùn)（北京）國(guó)際貿(mào)易有限公司，同年在埃塞俄比亞首都亞的斯亞貝巴成立SWS建設(shè)有限公司（SWS CONSTRUCTIONPLO），在埃塞具備房屋建筑造、路橋工程、水利工程、鐵路工程一級(jí)總承包資質(zhì)（CC-1）和房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)資質(zhì)。
公司自成立以來(lái)，已完成各類工程64項(xiàng)，合格率100%。在國(guó)內(nèi)先后承建了國(guó)道112線煤嶺溝中橋、韓七線營(yíng)房大橋、白虎溝大橋、隆化橡膠壩、豐寧一級(jí)旅游公路、承秦高速公路（承德段第七標(biāo)段）工程、唐山灤南縣建設(shè)路和沿河北路等工程，其中多項(xiàng)工程被評(píng)為省優(yōu)工程。
2006年公司開始了國(guó)際化發(fā)展，成功進(jìn)入埃塞俄比亞市場(chǎng)，陸續(xù)承建了埃塞Serdo公路一＆二標(biāo)工程、AA高速底基層運(yùn)輸及攤輔施工工程、MD和WM鐵路線下工程、德賽公路工程、糖廠公路工程、Hawassa工業(yè)園和Kombolcha工業(yè)園道路工程、Tepi-Mizan公路改建工程及Mekelle大型水庫(kù)工程等，所有工程項(xiàng)目都得到了埃塞政府的好評(píng)。到2018年，累計(jì)對(duì)外輸出各類工程技術(shù)人員1500人次,產(chǎn)生國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)效益3億元人民幣，為埃塞國(guó)家創(chuàng)造稅收約3億比爾和25000余人就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。公司在埃塞發(fā)展的同時(shí)也承擔(dān)一定的社會(huì)責(zé)任，向當(dāng)?shù)卣腿罕娋杩?00比爾，并無(wú)償修建小水庫(kù)3座，受到了埃塞人民的贊譽(yù)，促進(jìn)了中埃友誼發(fā)展。

Zhongcheng Hongtai Group Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan and is a subsidiary of Zhongcheng Hongtai Group. The company has independent legal personality, and has the second-class qualification for highway engineering construction general contracting, and the second-class qualification for professional contracting such as bridge engineering, long road engineering, highway pavement engineering and highway subgrade engineering. The company has 350 management and technical personnel, more than 500 construction vehicles and large and medium-sized equipment, with an annual construction capacity of more than 1 billion yuan. Since 2005, it has passed the 3S management system certification of 1S09001 standard. In 2013, the company established Zhongtai Hongyun (Beijing) International Trade Co., Ltd. in Beijing. In the same year, it established SWS Construction PLO in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It has housing construction, road and bridge engineering, and water conservancy projects in Ethiopia. , Railway Engineering Level 1 General Contracting Qualification (CC-1) and real estate development qualification.
Since its establishment, the company has completed 64 projects of various types, with a pass rate of 100%. In China, it has successively built the National Highway 112 Coal Ridge Middle Bridge, Hanqi Line Yingfang Bridge, Baihugou Bridge, Longhua Rubber Dam, Fengning First Class Tourist Highway, and Chengqin Expressway (the seventh section of Chengde Section). Tangshan Yinan County Jianshe Road and Yanhe North Road, etc., many of which were rated as provincial excellent projects.
In 2006, the company began its international development and successfully entered the Ethiopian market. It has successively built the Ethiopian Serdo Highway One & Two Standard Project, AA High Speed Subbase Transportation and Auxiliary Construction Engineering, MD and WM Railway Offline Engineering, and Desai Highway Engineering. The sugar factory road project, the Hawassa industrial park and the Kombolcha industrial park road project, the Tepi-Mizan road reconstruction project and the Mekelle large reservoir project, all of which have been well received by the Ethiopian government. By 2018, the company has exported 1,500 engineers and technicians to the outside world, generating domestic social benefits of 300 million yuan, creating tax revenues of about 300 million bills and more than 25,000 jobs for Ethiopian countries. At the same time of the development of Ethiopia, the company also assumed certain social responsibilities, donated 500 bills to the local government and the masses, built three small reservoirs without compensation, and was praised by the Ethiopian people, which promoted the development of Sino-Egyptian friendship.
